Hello! OK. My old website was looking a little bit sad, so I've finally admitted defeat. I'll never get chance to work on my own website, so this will probably be it for a while!

• Born in Caerphilly in '72
• Now living with my wife, Clare, and my gorgeous daughters Megan and Nia back in Bargoed, South Wales
• Attended Ysgol Gyfun Cwm Rhymni, in Bargoed, then Cardiff Institute of Higher Education
• Employed as an IT Trainer, Consultant and Solutions Developer between 1994 and 2002 by Qualtech Services. Specialisms include:

• Joined Williams Medical Supplies in 2002 as Training and Development Manager
• I'm currently the company's Head of Multichannel Sales, heading a large team of sales agents, customer care advisors, content creators and developers. Together, we deliver a market-leading sales function and build world-class e-commerce websites and customer self-service tools
